Label everything!

A Full water bottle (14-18 oz insulated water bottles are great for keeping water cool on hot days)
Lunch
Snack kept in an outer pocket for easy access
A large Ziplock containing an extra set of weather-appropriate clothes + extra socks.
In warmer months: it’s a nice idea to have electrolyte packets to have with water in the afternoon or an extra drink such as Gatorade.
Always check the weather! If there's a possibility for rain, please wear or pack rain gear.
